ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Just a heads-up: once you've placed an order, it's a done deal! We jump into action right away to ensure your goodies reach you on time, so unfortunately, we can't make any changes or cancellations.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Priti Pet we strive to provide our customers with the best products and service. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, please reach out to us before completing your purchase.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS (if applicable)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team ppritipet@gmail.com. 

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
